AWARE Meeting
AWARE is a group that meets to discuss community wellness and resilience. We also discuss the CHIP (Community Health Improvement Plan) and talk about how to meet the local needs. We raise awareness and inform community members of events coming to the area as well
Meetings are held at the Wabasha County Public Health building on the 2nd floor in the conference room.
