We are a Wabasha County network dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering community resilience.
We Envision
A thriving, resilient community where every individual and family can access the support and services they need. Through collaboration, education, and innovation, we strive to create a future where gaps in services no longer exist and every community member is empowered to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Our Values
1. COLLABORATION. We believe in the power of working together. By building partnerships and fostering cooperation, we can achieve more as a united community than we could alone.
2. EMPOWERMENT. We strive to uplift individuals and families by providing the tools, resources, and education necessary for them to take control of their own well-being and success.
3. RESILIENCY. We foster strength and adaptability within our community, helping individuals and families develop the capacity to overcome challenges and emerge stronger from adversity.
4. INNOVATION. We take a creative and forward-thinking approach to bridge gaps in services and continuously improve the support we provide, ensuring that our efforts remain effective and responsive to community needs.
5. EDUCATION. We value lifelong learning and are dedicated to promoting community education as a means to empower individuals, enhance understanding, and inspire growth.
