The Wabasha County Collaborative aims to improve social, emotional, educational, and economic outcomes for Wabasha County children, adolescents, and families by reducing risks, strengthening protective factors, and promoting integrated services for those with complex needs.

Board members, advisory council members, community members, and other constituents will ensure the Collaborative remains informed on best practices and will coordinate efforts such as shared intake, assessment, care planning, and outcome evaluation.
